Orders

Right of Withdrawal (excluding counter sales)

In accordance with legal provisions (cf. Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code), non-professional individual buyers have a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of their order by mail, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty (except for return shipping costs*) to the seller for an exchange or refund. Parts purchased at the counter will not be taken back or exchanged, except in case of our error. For any exceptional returns we may allow, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Any damaged packaging will not be taken back or refunded. Products must be returned to Jeep Village in a perfect state for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals...), properly sealed, and accompanied by the invoice for the purchase. Any incomplete, damaged, or modified product, or one whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order. Payments for orders made on jeepvillage.com can be made by credit card, PayPal, PayPal 4x, or bank transfer; they will be processed through the secure CYBERPLUS PAIEMENT system or directly via PayPal, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during transport over the network. At the buyer's request, a paper invoice showing VAT will be sent. Orders placed by other means (phone, email, and counter) can be paid in cash, instant transfer, or credit card. By express agreement and unless otherwise requested in a timely manner and agreed by us, non-payment of our supplies at the due date will result in:

1. Immediate payment of all sums due, regardless of the planned payment method (whether accepted or not).

2. Payment of damages and a penalty clause equal to 15% of the sums due, plus legal interest and any legal fees.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the products leave the premises of Jeep Village. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. The average delivery times from the Jeep Village depot are 72 hours for in-stock items. For bulky parcels, special orders, and deliveries outside mainland France, please contact us. These times are indicative. In any case, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day following the order date, subject to full payment of the price. If delivery is not made within this period, the buyer may cancel the order in accordance with the provisions of Article 121.20.3 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the buyer will then be refunded without delay, excluding any other compensation.

Warranty

All products supplied by the seller come with the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code and L211-4 to L211-12 of the Consumer Code. This warranty covers hidden defects of the sold item and conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
